- Total delivery times vary internationally, so will be made apparent for your particular country during checkout. Please note that the total delivery time shown at checkout is already the processing duration adding the shipping duration combined.
- If you have entered an incorrect, incomplete, or faulty shipping address as part of your order, we cannot be held responsible. In this event, we will do our best to support you as much as reasonably possible, but failing that, this event will be your responsibility to pursue.
- We cannot be held immediately responsible for shipping delays caused by logistics companies, shipping providers/carriers, public international holidays, and pandemic effects.
- Orders are not expected to be dispatched on weekends or bank holidays.
- An email confirmation will be sent to you when the order has been dispatched. This will be sent to the email address stated on your order.
- All deliveries will be recorded and traceable.
- You will be informed if we cannot ship to your location and a refund will be prompted as soon as possible.
- If you fail to pick up a shipment after unsuccessful delivery attempts to your shipping address, and your time to collect your shipment at your local collection point or post office expires, we can try our best to redeliver your shipment to you for an additional delivery cost. If for whatever reason this redelivery is not successful as a result of your time to collect your shipment from a collection point being expired, then we cannot be held immediately responsible and the event will be your responsibility to pursue.
- We cannot be held responsible for items damaged in shipping, in this case, you must file a complaint with the carrier, though we may be able to assist you.
- If your shipment is classed as 'delivered', but for some reason, you have not yet received it, then you must contact us within 2 working days of the delivery notification, otherwise, we reserve the right to consider your claim as ingenuine.
- Our shipments are classified as Delivery Duties Paid (DDP), where we pay the duties for your shipment on your behalf in advance, except for India & Hong Kong (duties will be the buyer's responsibility in these countries).
- Our products are typically shipped from our private warehouses in South Korea, Mainland China, and Hong Kong.
Cancellation/amendments:
- Orders can only be canceled/amended within 24 hours of placing your order. Please get in touch with us using our Contact Us page to cancel/amend your order.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept order cancellations/amendments after 24 hours as they begin processing.
